Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Return and refund is valid only for orders placed for India shipping. 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at within 10 days of receipt of the product. If your return is accepted, we will set up a return pick up for your purchase.

Styles sold at pop-ups or exhibitions will be not be exchanged or refunded. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please understand that products which use up cycled leather have a tendency to have small marks and inconsistencies. These are not defects but natural characteristics of the genuine material.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (special orders or personalized items), purchased directly at exhibits and SALE (discounted) items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We try to put in the extra effort to provide you with products to last many experiences. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

At times, the product you do wish to purchase may be sold out. We should be restocking the product soon, get in touch with us for restocking details. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with our policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the mode of payment is COD, please contact us on and update us on the return account details. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Please note that shipping fee (if paid) is non-refundable.
We do our best to process your orders right away. In case you change your mind, please contact us at the earliest at if you need to cancel an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after they are shipped. In case it has been shipped, you can process a return on the item once received.
