Domestic Shipping
We know you are eagerly waiting for your order to reach you and we aim to dispatch your order at the earliest.
We offer ground shipping on all orders for delivery addresses within India.
Although, we apologise if we are unable to cover your pin code due to logistic constraints.
In special cases, we could arrange for alternate delivery medium to have the product delivered to you (Pre-paid orders only). Please mail us at info@transitree.com in such a case. Delivery charges will be discussed for this.
We provide cash on delivery (COD) option to most parts of the country.
You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days after successfully placing your order (Custom styles- 15-20 days).
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to track your order. Sometimes, due to uncontrollable circumstances your parcel might be delayed of which you will be informed.
We are not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" but are lost or not received by you. Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you and contact the delivery agency for the same. We will help you with all necessary details to locate the package.
International Shipping
Shipping in 4-14 Business days.
We are currently shipping internationally in the USA, Singapore and Dubai. Shipping charges applies per order depending on shipping country. Duties and Taxes are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss due to customs.
